Remus  Pricopie Prof. Remus Pricopie is Dean of the National School of Political and Administrative Studies, Bucharest, where he also teaches public relations. He has a large area of competencies in Management of Teaching and Research in Higher Education, Marketing in Higher Education, Educational Reform, South-East Europe Higher Education Administration Development, International Educational Exchange and Mobility. He holds a PhD in Political Sciences from the National school of Political and Administrative Studies, Bucharest, an MBA in Higher Education Management of the London University, Institute of Education and a Licence Diploma of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Chemistry. He also graduated postuniversity and advanced study courses at George Washington University, Washington, D.C., USA. Conf. Dr. Pricopie is the author of numerous books, articles and studies on higher education, higher education management and public relations.
