Norman Riddell Mr Riddell is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation, Canada. Prior to joining the Foundation, Mr. Riddell was Associate Vice-President of the University of Alberta. He has also held positions as Deputy Minister in Saskatchewan and Quebec and is a former Foreign Service Officer for the Government of Canada.
