Each book in this series attempts to offer a comprehensive view on the higher education system in a given country. The countries are selected depending of recent new developments and in keeping with geographical are balance of European countries, and covering countries otherwise not well presented by other organisations. Authors are national experts, i.e. academics or government experts on higher education in their respective countries or visiting scholars at Cepes. The volumes are written according to an established general framework to facilitate comparative analyses. Recent volumes include:
